1. Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• Product is damaged
• Wrong product delivered

Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery and product must be unused.

2. Non-Returnable

• Opened products
• Used items
• Change of mind

3. Refunds

Processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

4. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
